This week I chatted with licensed agent Jaime Williams of Roohan Realty! She assured me that you don’t need to spend a lot of money to step up that curb appeal. She shared that there a ton of small, simple things that can really improve first impressions, whether you’re planning on selling or not! Check out her video and tips below,!!

KEEP YOUR LAWN TIDY. Keep the grass trimmed, weed-free, and pick up your stray toys nightly!

RENT A POWER WASHER. Get rid of the dirt and mildew on the exterior of your home, your deck and your walkways.

REPLACE NUMBERS ON MAILBOX. Update the design with something more clean and modern, and get rid of anything faded and peeling!

ADD SOME GREENERY. Add window boxes, or display some large potted plants at your entrance or walkways.

REPLACE YOUR FRONT DOOR HARDWARE. Get rid of dated doorknobs, knockers and doorbells and swap them with something more sleek and modern.

FRESHEN UP PAINT. Focus on the front door, trim and shutters. Freshening up these areas can give your home a new look!

Jamie reminds us that it’s often these simple things that make the biggest difference!
