This past October, The Saratoga Showcase of Homes celebrated their 25th Anniversary. The tour highlighted 12 of the area’s finest builders. Kodiak Construction received SEVEN awards in the Executive Home category. The proceeds of the showcase once again benefitted two area housing charities, this year totaling a record donation of $78K. The Saratoga Builder’s Association’s has now contributed over $1.4M from this annual event.
