4 QUESTIONS FOR TOGA HERITAGE: WITH FOUNDER DEBORAH DEPASQUALE

TOGA HERITAGE IS A SCOOP PARTNER

In this week’s SCOOP, we got the chance to chat with one of our favorite shop owners, Deborah Depasquale of TOGA Heritage in Saratoga Springs, NY, and ask her some questions about how she’s built SUCH a recognizable brand so quickly. Her brand was launched in 2017 and was quickly welcomed into the homes of Saratogians and visitors alike. The clean, classic logo can be seen daily on the streets of our beautiful city.

WHEN DID YOU KNOW YOU HAD A GREAT IDEA?

I saw that there was something missing in the city. Something new, something fresh and something different! I then started curating custom pieces for my clients and saw that they were really resonating with them. I didn’t know I had a great idea until I actually started doing this.

HOW DO YOU CHOOSE THE PRODUCTS YOU SELL?

I choose based on my aesthetic. I select things that I, personally, would want to own and gift to others.

HOW DO YOU HAVE THE ENERGY TO GET IT ALL DONE?

You have to love what you do. This is what I was born to do, and it fills me with joy. This is essential.

HOW DO YOU DEFINE SUCCESS?

Success is using the values that guide you in your personal life, and carrying them through your professional life. Success is defined by each of us.

TOGA Heritage will soon open at 322 Broadway in Saratoga Springs, NY. The shop, which includes home goods, jewelry, apparel, and other fine gifts, is an essential stop for both Saratogians and tourists.
